Registration

    Registration Deadline
    Registration deadline is 2 days prior to scheduled class, lecture, or event that
    requires registration.

Information
    Class Cancellation Policy  
    If Two Bear Herbs & Holistic Health cancels the scheduled class, the deposit or full
    amount paid is refundable.

    Inclement/Severe Weather
    Two Bear Herbs & Holistic Health reserves the right to cancel any class due to
    inclement/severe weather which might create hazardous driving conditions - snow
    and ice, and or flooding.  Registrants will be notified by phone, email, and or text
    message.  Notification may be given within a 24-48 hour notice.

    ***At this time you can make the decision if you want a refund or transfer your deposit
    to another class.

    Refund Policy
    There are no refunds if you paid the 50% class deposit. You can transfer your
    deposit  to another class scheduled for another date or sell your space or schedule a
    private class within a 12 month period from the date of purchase.

    If class is paid in full and you decide not to participate, a 50% refund will be granted.

  • A $10.00 processing fee will be applied if paid with credit card. Estimated
    refund processing time is one-two weeks.
    Registration Fee

    Class Registration
    To register for classes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the class fee must
    be paid in order  to reserve a space.  The non-refundable deposit will be
    applied to the balance due at the time of class.  If you cannot attend class as
    expected, the non-refundable deposit may be transferred to the same class or
    another class offered within a 12 month period. Registration is limited due to
    the desire to provide excellent instructor/learner ratio.

    and cancellation information.
    How to Register
    Two Bear Herbs & Holistic Health recommends registering in advance in order to
    reserve a space. Prior to making payment through the online payment center, please
    call 845.512.8389 to inform Susan that you are registering for a class.
    You will receive location  directions when registering.
    Acceptable Payment Forms
    Two Bear Herbs & Holistic Health accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, American
    Express, personal checks (with valid photo ID), money order, and cash.
    Via Internet
    Payments made in full can be purchased via the internet at the:
    Online Payment Center.

    Via Telephone
    Phone registration must be paid with credit card.  Call 845.512.8389.  
    Registration hours are Monday-Friday 10:00am - 9:00pm.  Please leave a
    message stating your interest and your call will be returned.

    Via Mail
    Payment must be received 2 days prior to the event.  
    Checks and money orders should be made out to "Two Bear Herbs."

    Classes will be taught in Valley Cottage, NY.  

    Valley Cottage’s proximity to major highways such as Route 303, Route 59, Palisades
    Parkway and the New York State Thruway provides convenient access from
    Rockland, Orange, Ulster, and Northern New Jersey, New York City, Westchester
    County and the general Tri-State Metropolitan Area.

    Location and directions will be provided upon registration.
