Payment & Registration Fee

    Class Registration
     To register for classes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the class fee must be paid in order   
     to reserve a space.  The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the balance  
     due. Registration is limited due to the desire to provide excellent instructor/learner ratio.

    Note: Please read Inclement/Severe Weather & Class Cancellation Policy and  Refund  
    Policy below.

How to Register
Two Bear Herbs & Holistic Health recommends registering in advance in order to reserve a space.  
Prior to making payment through the online payment center, please call 845.512.8389 to inform Susan
that you are registering for a class.

    Acceptable Payment Forms
    Two bear Herbs & Holistic Health accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express,
    personal checks (with valid photo ID), money order, and cash.



    By Mail
    Payment must be received 2 days prior to the event.  
    Checks and money orders should be made out to "Two Bear Herbs & Holistic Health"

    Phone reservations must be paid with credit card.  Call 845.512.8389.  Registration hours
    are Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm.  Please leave a message stating your interest and
    your call will be returned.


Location
Classes will be taught in Valley Cottage, NY.  Location and directions will be provided upon registration.

    Parking:  Parking is free

Inclement/Severe Weather & Class Cancellation Policy
Two Bear Herbs & Holistic Health reserves the right to cancel any class due to inclement/severe
weather which might create hazardous driving conditions - snow and ice, and or flooding.  Registrants
will be notified by phone, email, and or text message.  


Refund Policy
There are no refunds. You can transfer your deposit to another class scheduled for another date and
location or sell your space or schedule a private class.


Discounts

    Host a Class or Workshop
    Host a class or workshop and receive discounted class/workshop fees from 50-100%.  For more
