House Calls and Phone Consultations are available by appointment only. To schedule an
appointment, call 845.512.8389.
For clients in the New York Metropolitan Area, Susan makes house calls, traveling to the home,
office, hospital, stable/barn, or veterinarian clinic.
Consultation Payment Information:
A $25.00 retainer fee is required at the time you schedule your house call or phone consultation.
The retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, although it will be applied to the final
balance due.
The balance is due at the time of service.
Two Bear Herbs & Holistic Health accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal
check (with valid drivers license or photo ID), money orders, and cash.
Travel Fee:
A travel fee of $15.00 applies for house calls exceeding 30 minutes.
Cancellation Policy:
TBHHH requires a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please
call 845.512.8389 to cancel.
Should you cancel your scheduled appointment on the day of, you will forfeit the $25.00 retainer
fee. However, if TBHHH cancels the scheduled appointment, the $25.00 retainer is fully refundable.
Refund Policy:
TBHHH has a 100% Money Back Guarantee policy on all herbal and
nutritional supplementation products. No refunds for classes or services rendered.
Gift Certificates:
TBHHH offers gift certificates for all services. Please note that all gift certificates are valid for one
year from the date of purchase, non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be
