Class fees are transferable and valid for one-year, and may be applied to any course offered. | Cancellation Policy: TBHHH requires a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, your payment in full or pre-paid retainer fee will pay for the appointment time reserved for you. A processing fee for a 24-hour cancellation notice is $10.00 if paid with credit card. Estimated refund processing time is one-two weeks. If TBHHH cancels the scheduled house call or phone consultation appointment, the service fee or $25.00 retainer is fully refundable. |
| Appointments For your convenience: Susan offers house calls and phone sessions by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call 845.512.8389. For clients in the New York Metropolitan Area, Susan makes house calls, traveling to the home, office, hospital, stable/barn, or veterinarian clinic. Travel fees may apply. |
Service Arrangements:
Payment must be received in full prior to all phone consultation services. This applies to Animal Communication, Distance Reiki, and Herbal Remedies for people or animals. House Calls A $25.00 retainer fee is required at the time you schedule your initial Reiki or Animal Communication house call and will be applied to the final balance. The final balance is due at the time of service. The retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel Fee: A travel fee of $15.00 applies for house calls exceeding 30 minutes. |
