Animal Reiki attunements are also offered for senior companion animals and animal's
that are natural caregivers.
Susan is very passionate about teaching Animal Reiki and creates a supportive and nurturing environment
for you to learn in.
Susan offers monthly classes in Animal Reiki in group and private instruction in Nyack, NY or at your
home, barn , stable, or place of business in the New York Tri-State Area.

Reiki Attunements for Animals:
Have your dog, cat, or other special animal companion attuned to the loving healing energy of Reiki.
Our animal companions are true healers that have a healing effect on their humans, themselves and each
other. Often their desire to help their humans is at the expense of their own health. A Reiki Attunement will
allow our Animal Companions to continue this loving service but without the possible draining of their own
health and energy resources. It also helps them in their own healing process in the same ways that Reiki
helps us as humans to heal on the body, mind, and spiritual levels.
Senior animals benefit greatly from a Reiki Attunement: the healing properties of Reiki energy works on
the physical, mental and emotional well-being of our senior companions. As the energy channels are
opened to receive the healing flow of Reiki a new vitality and yet sense of peacefulness seems to begin to
reveal itself.

Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Classes with Animal Reiki Emphasis
Reiki I with Animal Reiki emphasis:
The Basics: this class is for people who want to learn how to deepen their relationships with
animals and learn practical ways to heal themselves and the animals in their lives.
Fee: $225.00/person
Pre-registration required. Fee: $100.00
Pre-requisite: None
Length: 5-8 hours over 1 day
- Descriptions:This Reiki Attunement connects you to the universal source of healing energy which
you can then start to facilitate. You can use this to help heal yourself, others, and animals. Each
level of the Reiki attunement process will also strengthen your auric field and natural alignment to
your subtle bodies. Level I is “hands-on Reiki on,” and focuses primarily on the physical body. Level
I places emphasis on both people and animals. Class will focus on self-treatment, treatment of other
people, and basic treatment of animals.
- Class objectives: Class will include time for practice and feedback. Through lecture, discussion,
observation and practice, students will learn and perform the following:
- introduction to Reiki
- the history of Reiki
- reiki principles
- human and animal basic anatomy
- the human and animal aura
- the human and animal chakra system
- review of Japanese Reiki techniques
- reiki I hand positons
- reiki level I attunement
- energy sensing
- reiki treatment for self, people, & animals

- Reiki II with Animal Reiki emphasis
Advanced Techniques: this class is for people who have completed Level I Reiki with the Animal
Reiki emphasis and are ready to continue moving forward on their personal healing journey with
Reiki and animals. This class focuses on the more advanced meditative and esoteric uses of Reiki.
- Fee: $275.00/person
Pre-registration required. Fee: $125.00
Pre-requisite: Reiki Level I with Animal Reiki emphasis
Length: 5-8 hours over 1 day
Description: The second Reiki Attunement deepens your connection to the universal source and
strengthens your ability to facilitate the energy naturally. Reiki II introduces the Reiki Symbols which
also allow healing to be directed to emotional/mental issues and across time/space. You can use
this to do healing work no matter where the recipient is physically located in the world. You will learn
application of the emotional & distance symbols, distant treatments for people, animals, and
situations, how to clear energy, and how our animals mirror and protect us. Emphasis is placed on
establishing and working with a strong human-animal intuitive connection, and advanced energy
scanning techniques
Class objectives: Class will include time for practice and feedback. Through lecture,
discussion, observation and practice, students will learn and perform the following:
- review of the human and animal aura
- learn and memorize the Reiki II symbols
- learn the basic applications of the Reiki II symbols
- review of Japanese Reiki techniques
- aura level & energy sensing
- reiki level II attunement
- learn how to use Reiki II for self, people, & animals
- learn to use Reiki II on past, present, and future situations
- learn how to use healing objects and photographs for distant sessions
- reiki ethical codes of conduct

Reiki III with Animal Reiki emphasis:
Master Level: Level III is for people who have completed Level I and Level II Reiki with the Animal
Reiki emphasis desiring to continue their personal healing journey with Reiki and animals.
Although called Reiki Master, this means we are in the process of “mastering ourselves” and this
course brings us to the beginning of that process.

Pre-requisite: Reiki Level I and II with Animal Reiki emphasis
Length: 5-8 hours over 1 day
Description: The final Master Attunement further strengthens your connection to the Reiki Source.
This class focuses on the more advanced meditative and esoteric uses of Reiki.
Class Objectives: Class will include time for practice and feedback. Through lecture,
discussion, observation and practice, students will learn and perform the following:
- review of the Reiki principles
- review of Reiki II symbols
- memorize Reiki III Master symbol

Reiki III with Animal Reiki Emphasis:
Master Teacher Level:
This class is for Level II and Level III Reiki/Animal Reiki practitioners interested in teaching Reiki and
Animal Reiki classes. You will learn the final symbol which empowers you to pass on the Reiki
Attunements to others.

Pre-requisite: Reiki Levels I, II, and III
Length: 5-8 hours over 1 day
Description: Level III Master Teacher is for people who want to teach, attune, and empower others.
Class Objectives: Class will include time for review of Reiki I, II, and III Master levels.
Through lecture, discussion, observation and practice, students will learn and perform
the following:
- review of Reiki I, II, and III Master symbols
- receive the master attunement
- learn the use of the Attunement symbol
- instruction on giving Reiki I, II, and III Master Teacher attunements
